ColorCoded Labs is a workforce development program aimed at empowering people of color to pursue thriving tech careers. They sought a fresh, inclusive website that would showcase their curriculum, highlight industry partnerships, and make it simple for prospective students, sponsors, and employers to get involved.

• We adopted a bright color palette (blues, purples, pink accents) to convey energy, progress, and community spirit.
• Accessible typography and clear iconography ensure the site remains inclusive for all.

• Grouped core offerings (career development tracks, mentorship programs) into dedicated sections so visitors can quickly find relevant info.
• Created highlight areas for press mentions and success stories, reinforcing the program’s credibility.

3. User-Focused Enrollment Flow

• Added intuitive calls-to-action, guiding students toward application and potential partners to collaboration pages.
• Implemented a straightforward contact form for questions about sponsorship or volunteer involvement.

Built a flexible structure for new courses, events, and success stories—so ColorCoded Labs can easily expand the site as they grow.
